Yesterday I selected a number of vulnerabilities and selected Update
Cache. Today they all still say they are in the process of being
downloaded. I'm not sure why it would be taking this long. I can't
find any relevant log files. Any suggestions for how to troubleshoot
this?

We deploy patches to it but we keep getting an error from it.

All the patches give the same error:

The script execution returned a non-zero error code from the operating system The script returned the following information: An error was returned from the executable while installing the patch. Error Returned: -1073741502: The system cannot open the file. (4)

The agent is communicating in normal intervals as configured, but the deployments do not get deployed. They just stay queued. I have tried re-installing the agent, but the problem is still present. Trying to force a scan does not help either.

Any ideas???

When I run the patch manually, I receive the message that this update is not needed or does not apply. Yet, it shows up as a recommended update. What is triggering this to show up since it is not needed?
