Somtimes when our BM box abends, upon restart ALL users are presented with an "organziational policies prohibit access..." message. I've tried unloading/reloading proxy services incl authchk and proxycfg. The only solution is to restart the server proper, then all is well.

Is there another service that I can reload or refresh instead of restarting the whole server?
