On one computer of many, Office 2007 doc when trying to use "save as" states GW is not working, when it is, and GW "Document Save As" box is not launched, only the Application Dialog. Even when the document is opened in GW, we can not "save as" as GW doc. Occurs with other applications also. Same setup as other computers without this problem. This computer saved fine for a couple of years with this configuration. Uninstalled GW, them reinstalled, no help. Integration is on. Any ideas would be most appreciated.

I'm using Windows 2008 R2 Standard Build 7600 64bit operating system.
I installed Novell GroupWise 6.5 Client successfully. But when I try to open groupwise it gives a message "Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request. Please run Microsoft Office Outlook and set it as the default mail client." and terminates the procedure. But MS Outlook is my default mail application.
I installed "CLIENT\WIN32\WMS\NT\US\WMS.EXE" and tried, but still the problem exist.

I have a user whose archive appears to be empty.
I have checked the archive path and it is correct. There is around 2.5GB of data there but he can't access it.
The dates on the archive files are as follows :

user 23/10/09 17:47
ngwguard 23/10/09 17:47
msg 23/10/09 16:38

I was expecting these to all have the same date/ time timestamp. Is this the problem ? Any ideas on a resolution ?
