some send message is in the gwprob folder

Hi, i have groupwise 7.0.3 and all work perfectly, but things seems to not going to well, because people says that some emails never reach the destination.

So i look in the gwprob folder, and all the bad messages "send" by people are there.

I have two questions

1-gwprof are not for inbound message?
2-and if all the bad messages are there, can i move the message to the a folder that gwia can reproses all of thoses messages?

Incoming email from IMAP clients

I have been asked to open up IMAP on my gwias to allow our users, who are not on our mobile servers(Notify or Blackberry) to be able to use IMAP to connect to their email. No problem there. Now, I have been asked to allow them to be able to send email from it as well. Problem. We currently use a Barracuda spam filter and that it the only thing allowed to push smtp mail via port 25 to my internal GroupWise mail gwias. I would have to open up port 25 to allow these imap users to be able to use my gwias to do this. Is there any secure method of accomplishing this in our environment without opening myself up for headaches? Like is there a way that I could do it only if it was a allowed groupwise account?

We were asking for you help to solve this problem because when other mail server server send message to ask it cannot be deliver to our domain.. (e.g. from yahoomail.com to davaowifi.com)

We have a Class of Service named "Student" and we are trying to limit what mail can be allowed to send messages to it, for example we have one called *@*.keytoschxxx.cxx we have others in there as well, with the *@*.domainname.com yet when we try to receive mail from f1c85b207eeedcbc2cd905522a5c6fa1@egr...oodlehub .com it does not come through we get a mailer-daemon@s7.keytoschxxx.cxx but we do have a rule allowing *@*.keytoschxxx.cxx, finally we do have a rule allowing messages from *@*.moodlehxx.cxx. We would not need to have these in the outgoing would we?
Any ideas why this might still not be working? We have GW 7 not sure what service pack. We did this with some others and they worked fine. Thanks,

Mailer Deamon

Good day,

We have problem, when other e-mail server sends e-mail to us, the e-mail was not deliver, it say's mailer deamon.... what should I do to correct it?...(e.g when yahoo, gmail sends message to davaowifi.com our mail server running gw7 there will be a mailer deamon....)

RBL zen.spamhaus.org issue

This morning, our GWIA started blocking all inbound Internet email and allowed internal SMTP relays as spam.

It appears that all lookups to zen.spamhaus.org were processed as spam and the message dropped.

Anyone else having this issue ?

I first tried removing zen.spamhaus.org from the GWIA Blacklists using Console One, leaving no entries in the GWIA Blacklists settings. I restarted GWIA and even rebooted the server later on, but all inbound email continued to be blocked as spam.

I then added sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org to the GWIA Blacklist as the only entry in the list. I unloaded/reloaded the GWIA and the sbl-xml list was now being used instead of the zen list.

It's weird that by removing all sites from the GWIA Blacklist that the GWIA would continue to use the old entry.

inbound rules

I think I already know the answer to this question but just in case there's
some little sneaky way around it that I don't know, here goes.

GWIA is configured to accept messages for several internet domains.

We have one particular domain configured using "for incoming mail users are
known exclusively" . Lets say that domain is testdomain.com.

Is there a rule or something we can utilize so that a message coming into
mail@anotherconfigureddomain.com is translated to gary@testdomain.com ?
