My issue is that when our employees receive an invite to a meeting the time that they see is 1 hour early in their calendar. I can't seem to find what is wrong. Time change on the server seemed to go just fine as I even rebooted twice. My version of Groupwise is 7.0.2 I will gladly send any other info needed. I've been looking for days and I have run out of things to check. I hope someone can help me get this resolved soon. Thank you very much.

Hello,

We run Groupwise 7.0.2 on Netware 6.5 SP7. Somehow users are having issues with their shared groups. When they share a group, the users who should receive them, don't see any members of the shared group. When they try to send mail to the group, groupwise says that some addresses are undeliverable or have been crossed out. The owner of the group sees the members. This does not change whether a read only or all rights are assigned when groups are shared.
Any thoughts?
Thanx.
We are running GroupWise 7.0.3 HP4

I need to plan a Groupwise migration to a Windows box in the very near future but am still fuzzy on some items even after some research.

Articles I have read make it sound relatively simple to move a GW system to a Windows server. A stopping of the agents on the Novell server then a copy to the Windows box of the entire GW directory structure and a reload of the agents but for a Windows platform obviously.

Some questions I have are whether the Windows server should be or needs to be named the same as the Netware server was. Seems to me it should be but not sure. I am also wondering about the document management piece which my client uses. The POA is mainly responsible for the DMS functionality I know but are there any considerations on the DMS side I need to make. Management of it is the biggest concern.

I will also be installing eDirectory on a Windows server and possibly leaving a Netware box up as a R/W replica but not 100% sure of that yet.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

I'm trying to edit the phone numbers that are in our GroupWise address book. I can do it through console one, but it takes for ever to do every user individually. Is there a way to view/edit all the users so I can just quickly change the user to have the correct phone number and move on.

Currently I'm opening a user, updating the phone number, pressing apply then closing the user and opening another user...etc. TAKING FOR EVER!!!!
Any shortcut would be awesome.
of days (yeah, little late I know). When I try to run an Expire /
Reduce stats & pick x amount of days to gather stats on, it never
returns anything being older than x days.
Suggestions?

Wondering if its possible to create a second or even third GW system
(7.0.3HP2) on the same server (dedicated to GW only) and then move an entire
domain/post office and its users to that new system. Just looking to get
more granular with configuration. Total user count currently on the server
is 100 or less but there are multiple domains and they have issues with same
name and user doesn't want to change. Currently everyone is on the same
system with multple domains but would like to end up with 3 systems.
