Folks:

We are working on moving from Teaming 1.0 on Windows connected to a remote SQL server to Teaming 2.0 on SUSE Linux connected to that same remote SQL server.

From what i can tell we are having trouble connecting to the SQL server as there are no SQL connectivity tools built into Teaming 2 (A serious oversight if you say you support a dbase but provide no tools, but that is another story).

It appears that I need to install a SQL connectivity tool on the Linux Server, however I can find no recommendations or instructions for doing so.

I would like to see an answer on this, as we would like to retain everything from Teaming 1.0. If we need to start over, I fear that Sharepoint will be the answer.

Hi,

i try to add the Cell Phone Number on the Profile Page with no success.

I have added the attribute mobile in eDir and added a value via C1 / Others.
Now i am able to see the attribute and value via LDAP-Browser.

In Teaming2 i've added 'cellPhone=mobile' in the Users LDAP attribute box
(In Configure LDAP Synchronzation). But after Run Immediately the Window
show that Zero 0 Changes are made (Status Complete; Modfied Users: 0)

???

Any hints? What's wrong on my doing?

Morning,

Having got my teaming 2 system logging in via LDAPS after a merry dance
with the certificates, I've also imported my groups from eDirectory.

However, should the members of these groups be imported as well? They
aren't - and I'd like to replicate my eDir Groups and memberships
automatically within Teaming.

Cheers,

I am seeing an issue with Teaming 2 that is becoming more common and is quite annoying. A user accesses Teaming normally, but the Tasks Due and Tracked items are empty. When the user enters a Team workspace, the General Error appears with the following message:

Please contact your System Administrator for assistance.

class org.kablink.teaming.search.LuceneException
Error searching index [/icecoredata/lucene/liferay.com]
The admin user must then login, go to Site Administration, and re-index the site. The re-indexing always completes and reports no errors found. Then everything works fine. This is now occurring at least twice a day.

Does anyone know why this happens or how I can prevent it?

Thanks.

Hi,

After some authentication troubles with never logged in users in teaming, i suspected the LDAPS certificate. I don't know how old is this problem and what i did from the last time it worked (maybe upgrade to teaming2 and upgrade java to 1.6.0_16).

Following the TID 3176104, i've imported a brand new eDIrectory Tree Root CA in my keystore (jdk1.6.0_16) to allow teaming to perform LDAPs connections (Tomcat).

Then, I've got this error message:

Code:

2009-11-10 10:58:27,374 ERROR [TP-Processor1] [org.kablink.teaming.module.ldap.impl.LdapModuleImpl] - LDAP context error: javax.naming.CommunicationException: simple bind failed: 192.168.10.1:636 [Root exception is javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path validation failed: java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException: timestamp check failed]
2009-11-10 10:58:27,374 ERROR [TP-Processor1] [org.kablink.teaming.module.ldap.impl.LdapModuleImpl] - javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path validation failed: java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException: timestamp check failed

I did validate the CA selfsigned from ConsoleOne.

Since it could indicate an expired CA cert, I verified with keystore command or openssl command and my certificate is valid, i am sure...

I would like to know if it is a known bug, workarounds, etc...

thx

I created a form with checkboxes. In the Teaming folder, I have set "email settings" so users get email when an entry is created/modified. The email gets generated, but any checkbox elements are not rendering properly. For example a checkbox labeled "Choice 1", and checked on the form, shows up in email as this text :"(Off) Choice 1". Everything renders properly on the form view in the teaming folder, but in the email all checkboxes (whether checked or not) show up this way. Does anyone know how to cause proper rendering in email? Thanks
