My name is Marcus Gould. I am a Premium Support Engineer at Novell.

A customer has logged an SR with me regarding the default content distribution point replication problem. Please could you email me at mgould@novell.com with your SR number so that I can find it on our system and hook up with the engineer who is dealing with it. Unfortunately I can't find it amidst the hundreds of calls a day that get logged and I don't know your real identity or even which country you logged the call in.
