My name is Eric Champagne and I am the IT Director at Adaris Technologies a Novell firm in Montreal, Canada. I'm a CNE since 2001 and a NCE since 2009. I work with Novell products since 12 years and used to be a Novell Consultant for many years. I'm still doing some consulting on the 3rd level and I'm taking care of a consulting team here at Adaris.

Our business is based on Novell at 90% and also VMware basically in North America. We have US based customers and obviasly Canadian customers.
