I just found your message.. didn't see it till now.

Thanks for replying. I'll let you know what I ended up doing to get this to work.

I created my image on a workstation with all my updates and such. I installed the ZCM10 agent and removed the registry settings, device guid, and image safe data. I then ran sysprep with a mass store to get all hardware in order. After sysprep shuts the computer down I boot the machine to CD and run a chkdsk /r and it finds an error and fixes it. From there I've used that machines to make a master image and multicast to other machines without issues.

Seems a bit odd that without that chkdsk after sysprep my machines crash after imaging. I've yet to figure out a workaround.

    Thanks again!

Your ZCM image bundle should contain your base image.. and then your addon image. I presume this is all in reference to issues you had with your GX270's? Vista or XP?

I can't respond to your other "private message" as it doesn't appear Novell is encouraging using this feature..
My apologies for not noticing this visitor message sooner.

Hey thanks for your reply, I'm still rather new to ZCM so I want to double check this first.

With that GX270.zmg file you gave me, do I run it after I run my image or before? I assume I need to either use a boot CD or PXE to get to the imaging and go from there correct?

    Much appreciated BTW!

    Thanks!
    Jon
