i have 4 suse oes2 servers. they had been working fairly reliably for several years. There was a problem we encountered where files would not get backed up properly on occasion. we found the cause was that directories would not always show up unless a refresh F5 was done in explorer. This did not happen in a 64 bit Vista, only on the 32 bit OS type systems. However, on those 32 bit systems, we also discovered that if we used a map from a samba share instead of the NWclient map, we did see all folders. In order to get the samba shares to work properly though, i had to delete the Linux workstations from the NDS, then recreate them, run the Novell Samba from YaST, and Samba server from Yast
I did a namconfig -k
namconfig cache_refresh
When you use the web interface for the support forums, check the Display Modes on the right side.
Use the Linear Mode and see if that allows to see all postings.
