In the exam cautions, there is a note about the tab completion issue -
you can use CTRL-I in Konsole to utilize this feature of the OS.

The issue itself is not specific to the Practicum exams, but is a
limitation of the remote control applet used - since it's browser based,
the browser intercepts the tab key and does not pass the keystroke
through to the remote system.
