Failed by 1% twice!!!

Is there a place to complain about the CNA exam? I would expect it is
here eh? hahaha. I bought the home study kit and the self test software
and continuosly achieve marks in the high 80's but when I write my exam, I
end up with 74.8 (less than 1% from a pass or so). I have achieved the
same (EXACT same) mark on my CNA exam twice now…I'm really frustrated with
this…I was hoping to save money by doing the home study kit but it is
soooo vague in what to actually study for…I should have gone to a school
and put out the $3000.00 for the course…My real question is this...If I
found an error on the exam, will that get me the extra mark to pass the
exam? I really do know there is a mistake on it…It's a typo, but it's
gotta count for something!!! Anyone? Please...?
