Braindumps used for CNA

I know someone who purchased 'braindumps' from a website and used the
questions to pass the CNA. He reported to people that the test he had
contained a large portion of the questions he purchased for 'studying'. Is
there a way to report this person? I am someone who earned my CNA by
studying hard and am disgusted by this paper CNA taking away my hard earned
certification.
