Problems downloading from Novell downloads

Anyone else having problems downloading from Novell?

I'm trying to download SLED 11 DVD.

I'm also trying to download using a download manager which looks pretty straight forward. I'm getting connection reset by peer.

It does look like a small file downloaded okay.

Any suggestions? I'm trying to use IE with Internet Download manager.
I have IE 7.
