I don't know about "Favorite" but we have two HP MSL2024 libraries. They
work fairly well. I haven't had to service these guys, but I did have to
service the previous HP SDLT libraries we had (MSL5026). HP was always
very responsive. Guess it helps to have 24x7x4 coverage.
