As I'm no programmer/dev and see that group hitting their (and my) head when I'm thinking: "I've never gotten why POSIX hasn't been rewritten or extended to include the native Linux rights structure as also options for a more enhanced and fine grained rights structure".
True, there have been some developments.. but coming from Netware the rights system in Linux is... well... not very flexible or powerfull imo. It's one thing definitely needing improvement. But as I'm not part of the solution.... Yep...
