Forced/Reuired TLS

We have an 800 lb gorilla client that is requesting that we have Forced/Required TLS on our Groupwise email to their select domains. I have TLS enabled on our Groupwise, but I can't see that Groupwise has an option for forced or required encryption.

Does anyone have a solution for this issue?
