Default CLE Benefits

Just a quick thought having recently acquired the CLP and CLE 10...

It would be a really useful certification perk if we had access to a
really basic (ie. basic without the support) SLES license which could be
used to undertake ongoing development work. Similar to the access given
c/o the complimentary tech select trials - netware/cluster/zen licenses
for dev work etc.

Personally I'm lucky in that my home ISP has provided me with a /26 block
and reverse dns delegation, so I do a substantial amount of work at home
prior to on-site rollouts etc., most of it c/o Xen. Obviously there's
OpenSuSE, but I would much prefer to be able to run on SLES (with the
driver pack *grin*).

What does anyone think? Good/Rubbish idea?

Cheers,
Alex T
