cle9 benefits

Hi,

When I past my CLP, I received an email with a number that I've enter into
my portal, so I can access my benefits (cdrom by mail, download, etc.)
I've passed my CLE9 a month ago, I've received the box by mail (same little
car, same shirt.. same connection magazine edition as CLP....) but I didn't
received the mail with the number to enter into my portal. normal ?
