Expired legacy CNE upgrade

Hi All,
It's sad that's one of the options for cert. requirements for CNE NW 6 is a set of two:
1. NetWare 6 Upgrade (050-688 Upgrading to NW 6.5)
2. CNE NetWare 5 Legacy 2007
However, My "CNE NetWare 5 Legacy 2007" status marked as "expired". Does it still satisfies requirement no. 2 ???
