Charges for CNI

Now that I'm a MCNE (and have done CNS2007 and NCTS), I am investigating
CNI which would also be useful for my new job - all I need is CTT+ and
I'm set. Some time ago I read that CNI's had to pay a fee, but I cannot
now find any such requirement on the CNI section of Novell's site.

Can anyone confirm whether a fee from CNI's is required? Many thanks.
