GW 6.5 Admin vs. 6, test, and MCNE

First off, I don't have a serious commitment to getting my MCNE. At some
point I'll likely get the IT Project+ certification. That said, the boss
has instructed me to find a GW 6.5 Admin class. Since I have my CNE 6, the
GW exam wouldn't be terribly useful, unless I pursued an MCNE. On the MCNE
site, however, it shows GW 6 Admin as an elective, but not GW 6.5. In fact,
there doesn't appear to be a GW 6.5 exam available.

Can anyone confirm 1) if there is a GW 6.5 exam or plans for such, and 2) if
said exam would count toward the MCNE? Also, has anyone out there taken
both the 6 and 6.5 exams? If I take the 6.5 class, how likely am I to be
able to pass the v6 test?

Background: CNE 5/6. Took GW 5.5 class @ 4 years ago; administered GW 5.5
EP system for @ 3 years. We just upgraded our system to 6.5.
