How to use NNTP?

I know this is for non-support but I didn't see a section for forum
support.

I'm trying to set up my browser (either Firefox or IE7, doesn't matter) to
use NNTP.
I've tried installing Sage for Firefox but it doesn't seem to load
anything when I add the news link.
