The things you gotta do to keep users happy

I had to send a couple of people an email from an outside account
because they're concerned that email is not working, because THEY
HAVEN'T RECEIVED THEIR NORMAL SPAM THIS MORNING. I suggested that the
spam filter is working, but they said no. So then I said, "Maybe nobody
wants to talk to you". But they said no. So I sent them a message from
gmail, and that seems to have put to rest the concerns to rest for now.
