User not being prompted to change password!
Hello,
I have a user that is not bring prompted to change his password . . .
Inevitabaly they get locked out due to grace periods running out.
Then we reset the password and he is able to get in and change the password, this issue will then come up next time he expires . .
Has anyone seen this issue before or have any ideas on what could be the cause of it?
