Informs filler 4.3. application error

I have Novell informs filler 4.3 with FFWIN as the operater. I've got
serious problems and need a fix. None of my informs are working. when I
try to open a saved travel voucher, this happens:

APPLICATION ERROR

FFWIN41 caused a General Protection Fault in
module INMEDLL.DLL at 0002.033C.

When I go to the start menu and try to perform InForm diagnostics, this
happens:

MFWIN Startup Error

X Cannot start MFWIN before previous instance has quit

When I go to start to open up Filler, this happens:

FFWIN41

An error has occurred in your application
if you chose ignore, you should save your work in a new file
if you choose close, your application will terminate

I chose ignore. this is what happened:

APPLICATION ERROR

FFWIN41 caused a general protection fault in
module DDEML.DLL at 0002:2ECA

choose close, FFWIN41 will close

I clicked close and this came up:

ERROR

Cannot initialize--The most probable reason is
insufficient memory.

I have re-booted. I have updated virus, I have run all virus, I have
Checked drives
for errors and I have defragmented twice.

does anyone have any advise? I am on TDY and have very little tch
knowledge/support. Thanks and have a good day. c
