Suse Linux coupons?

I'm considering buying a new copy of Suse and I have just one question to
ask...

Is the "guarantee not to sue" coupon included with the current product the
exact same one that was originally issued when Microsoft became a Novell
partner?

More specifically, the old subscription coupons bear no expiration date,
and paragraph 6 has no cut-off date, does this still appear in the new
subscription coupon?
