Followed all the instructions here:

Including the renameing of the castor-xml.jar

Also after the upgrade make sure you do a Rebuild All and Archive
instead of just a Rebuild. You want to force the deletion of the all the
Archives and a recompilation and rebuilding of everything.

Make sure that the Connection pool is setup, using the same name on both
servers unless you change your project configuration.

If the error persists, post as much of the stacktrace from the server
console as possible. Sometimes the information needed comes earlier in
the log, rather than the message you suspect is the problem.
