corrupt file

Hi,

I have, by means of a failed backup, found that I have a corrupt file in
my director installation. The file is DirectorSuir.lck in the path
exteNd\Director\autonomy\engine\.

Could someone please advise me on what the file is and how I go about
fixing it.
