Set GWRules programatically

Hello,

Like the ThreadName says, i want to create some new GWObjects and set some Rules for them.
(With the GWClient i would log into the specific user and would click Tools->Rules)

How can i do that programatically??
Well i know this can be done with the TokenAPI ...
but is there another way to do this (without opening the GWClient O_O)
