Windows 7 and Admin API

Has anyone tried to use the GroupWise Admin API's under Windows 7 yet? I'm trying to use them on a 64-bit Windows 7 box, but when I try and attach to a domain, I get:

Connection FailedRetrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {35FC2358-811A-11D0-8A96-00805FC16077} failed due to the following error: 80040154.

I've tried registering the gwcmb1.dll with regsvr32, but that didn't make a difference.
