replacing the default icons.dll

1) You have to define the name of the dll where the icons are stored; default is
"icons.dll".
2) Make a copy of the icons.dll and use ResourceHacker
(http://angusj.com/resourcehacker/) to change/add/remove icons/bitmaps.
