Form doesn't open

we have a 3po solution, to get E-Mails from GroupWise to our DMS. The function is displayed in the menue an after a click an form opens.

This is working fine on about 600 user-pcs. But we have now two pcs which worked well and overnight the function doesn't work. You can click on the button but no form is opening.

Every thing seem to be fine, every file exist that must exist, registry seems ok.
The Users say they haven't changed anything!

Anyone an idea what happen`? Could it be a security feature of groupwise which avoid the dll to be executed?
