recipient results (transferred, transferred failed, delivered,etc.)

Is there anyway to grab the results of whether an email was successfully 'delivered', 'transferred', etc. or whether it failed (ie: transferred failed).
This information is under the properties tab of a sent email, under the 'action' column of the recipients section. I can't find in the documentation anywhere.
