AFTKN_ITEM_REPLY - BFTKN_REPLY

When I click on the "Reply" button, I am notified that BFTKN_REPLY is called.

BFTKN_REPLY == lpTokenData->lpToken->wTokenId

What then is AFTKN_ITEM_REPLY?

At the same time, when I select

Reply To Sender (Include Message)
Reply To Sender
Reply To All (Include Message)
Reply To All

The TokenID is not BFTKN_REPLY... What are they then?
