Trusted Application Errors

Hi,

I'm trying to get a webservice to work with trusted application keys. The
problem seems to be that I can't receive the key from Novell. The user
account has full rights to the correct directory (or so I'm told) but the
service always returns code 11 authentication error.

I can't find any discription anywhere of what to do with the error code
or what rights need to be granted. I'm not a Novell expert, in fact I've
not used it since 3.12.

Any help greatly appreciated as this seems to be the only resource on the
internet for this sort of thing.
