distribute gwtapp.dll

Novell ask this:

Could you tell me where the statement is that says that the license for the
NDK says you are not allowed to distribute binaries? After you initially
contacted me on this question, I thought I did a quick search and found the
place. However, I am not sure anymore. Instead, what I see now is the
Novell Developer License Agreement, which says that a developer can
"reproduce and distribute Derivative Software as part of a Developer
Product".
