distribute gwtapp.dll
The wiki page for the trusted application indicatest that you should
distribute gwtapp.dll with your application. The license for the NDK
indicates that you aren't allowed to distribute binaries. How is one
supposed handle making sure gwtapp.dll is available on client machines?
