Trusted Application : CONNECT_ERROR

Hi
Whenever I try to register a Trusted Application, CONNECT_ERROR occurs.
What might be the reason of this bug?
I searched the forum and found that diagnostic version of gwtapp.dll can help finding out the issue.
Can anybody please provide the link to download the diagnostic version of gwtapp.dll?
