Default CreateTrustedAppObject - Connect error

Hi,

I'm having the same problem as a lot of people seem to have with the
CONNECT_ERROR being returned when I try to Create a trusted application.

I have installed Netware and GroupWise 7 server on a Windows machine and
if I run my app on that machine I can succesfully create a trusted
application and get a key back from CreateTrustedAppObject(..). As
szDomainPath I specify the domain directory on the machine, i.e.
"C:\Grpwise\Domain".

The problem is when trying to run my app from another machine, I get the
CONNECT_ERROR. On the other machine I have installed Novell Client 4.91
SP4 and GW client 7. I can log into the novell client specifying the
tree, domain and netware server and the admin account. I have started
the GW client and logged in to the server with the admin account.

I have mapped "C:\Grpwise\Domain" to a network drive on the second
machine and tried running CreateTrustedAppObject(..) with szDomainPath
as the network drive (Z:\), but it wont work.

It this the correct way of doing things? I suspect I need to setup file
rights on the wpdomain.db-file? If so, how do I do this? Strange though
that I log in with the same account on both machines and it works on the
server itself but not the "client" machine.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Regards,
- Nonis
