CreateTrusted returns blank key
I have Novell GroupWise Client and Full Novell Network Client installed on a XP SP2 machine.
I am authenticated to the Novell Groupwise mail server using administrative rights and have mapped a drive letter to that (Novell) server
I have located the wpdomain.dc in a subdirectory of this mapped drive. I have full rights to the same directory this file is located in (tested by creating, updating, and deleting a text file).
When I execute the CreateTrusted VB app, I specify the drive mapping (to the directory path wpdomain.dc is in) and the application title and description
When I execute, it does not come up with any errors, but rather it returns the same blank (Space$(254)) text string that the appkey was initialized with.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
