ModifyItemRequest seems to do nothing on existing Documents

Hi Preston,

This is a bit strange, I don't know if I'm doing something but I'm trying to modify properties of an existing document such as subject or custom fields; unfortunately it seems that no changes take place on the document. Can you please assist on this, here are soap trace of the request and the response.
