Default Adding GroupWise account and creating home dir through LDAP.

Hello everyone,
I've developed a C# program for my company that adds users to an EDirectory through LDAP. It's going to be used for automating the process (it's a command-line program). The program will be used on both Windows and Linux (using Mono).
Now I have two things left to do:
1. Creating home directories for the users.
2. Creating GroupWise accounts for the users.
I can do both (I think) on Windows (through the GroupWise Admin API and through the standard file classes in C#), but as I said the program will be used on many platforms, so my question is: Is it possible to do any of these tasks directly in LDAP, and if not, are there libraries (e.g. in Mono) that can accomplish this, i.e. speak with the NSS file system and GroupWise?
I've been searching the net pretty thoroughly and haven't found anything, so any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
