building CLDAP SDK

Hi Palaniappan,
I've just downloaded the source of the CLDAP SDK from Forge, and when I
extracted it there was only a configure.ac, but no configure ....
I would like to build a version for 64bit OpenSuSE, and also want to try
builds for mingW32 and MingW64 ....
also how about an update of the SDK? I cant believe that you did no bugfixes
during last year :)
