Not sure if this is right forum for this post. It may be a Groupwise client problem and not a Mobile problem. When messages are replied to using Mobile Sync Outlook settings on Smartphone, no flags show up in Groupwise client indicating that a Reply or Forward has been acted on for the email message. Messages do show as red or unread if opened in Mobile device, or remarked as unread. Also when sending a high priority message, the flags show up. Same absence of flags when accessing account via Webaccess.
How can the flags showing action on a message be made to appear in Client for Reply and Forward?
