To save everyone else time, that link suggests opening /etc/cups/cupsd.conf in your favourite text editor and changing the line that says "Listen 127.0.0.1:631" to say "Listen *:631" instead, then restart CUPS. However, I tried that, and it didn't work. The person posting at that link is actually not posting anything about getting Ubuntu to print to an iPrint server, but rather how to allow you to set up shared printers using IPP on your Ubuntu machine and then have other computers print to the Ubuntu box.
Thanks for the link though, I know that'll be helpful to anyone trying to set up their Linux box as a shared print server!
