AccessGateway installation error

Hi All,
When I try to install Linux AccessGateway on vmware, I'm getting this error

installation of package libxm12-2.6.7-28.7.i586 failed

error(instTarget: E_RpmDB_subprocess_failed

Anyone can give me an idea how to resolve this error. Thanks
