Access Manager Password Expiration Servlet Variables

Hi

I'm looking for a complete list of variables you can pass the Password Expiration Servlet.

In the AppNote Cool Solutions: Configuring Access Manager for UserApp and SAML the following variables are provide.

<RETURN_URL>
<USERID>
<STOREID>

I am trying to SSO the user into a forgot password portal.
