ActiveX application timeout problems?

Hi,

We are having session timeout problems in Access Manager (3.0.71) with ActiveX application (HP Quality Center).

Normal http applications are working properly i.e. time out comes after defined session has been idle defined 30 minutes or if the session is active there is no timeout.

But with this ActiveX application the timeout comes (by Access Manager) always after 30 minutes. This happens even the connection is active or not. Also this application has some "normal" http pages e.g. readme and help pages. If I access those pages, the timeout is working ok.

Sometimes the session is re-authenticated automatically sometimes not.

The re-authentications log events in audit log:
NIDS: Logged out a local authentication
NIDS: User session was authenticated
Access Gateway: Access Allowed

So the problem seems to be that for any reason the ActiveX connection is not resetting the session timeout parameter in Access Manager. (Is it possible to check this parameter somewhere?)

Has anyone had this kind of problems or any ideas what do check next?
