http://<identity-server-ip>:8080/nidp - login failed. please retry

hi,
just configured by the manual, all seems fine, LDAP trace shows good activity, but the error
http://<identity-server-ip>:8080/nidp - login failed. please retry comes up every time.

As i didnt do much with AM before i am really unsure where to look.
